An application must include the application name, version information, and technical support contact information that are easily discoverable.
What does the contact information need to include? You can one or more of these:

The method of technical support delivery is open-ended to allow developers the freedom of choice. The support information just needs to be easily discoverable and does not need to be in a given location. The Marketplace version number suffices as the application version.
